Palmento Costanzo is in Contrada Santo Spirito in the town of Passopisciaro, to the north of Mount Etna. At 800 metres, the vines supported on wooden trellises, surround the ancient winery. The vineyard has been brought back life in a restoration based on the principles of bioarchitecture. Here our Etna DOC wines are born: a pure expression of the largest volcano in Europe.
