Chef Giovanni Lullo began his career by taking Niko Romito’s training course, continuing to work in the period when the third Michelin star was delivered and for the next 18 months with the task of starters and petit patisserie. After a short experience in London, moved to Cefalù at the Cortile Pepe restaurant where, after having covered for a short time the role of Sous Chef, he gets the job of Chef Executive.
