Giuseppe Biuso, born in 1988, is the Executive Chef of the Vulcano Therasia Resort, as well as being in charge of the gourmet restaurant, Il Cappero. Although very young, he moved between famous kitchens such as those of Corrado Fasolato, Nino Di Costanzo, Hans Välimäki and Antonio Cannavacciuolo. The difficulties of a large structure on a very small island do not discourage him from offering creative and ambitious cuisine.
