Nino Graziano was born in Bolognetta, Sicily, 62 years ago, from a very typical sicilian family which has always taken the best from what the land could offer, from sacrifices and from human relationships. From this point of view on life he became not only chef, but also creator of emotions through flavours and smells. With a strong dedication and the endless support of his wife Sabine, he reached the highest peaks of the italian and international gastronomy.
