Raffaele e Massimiliano Alajmo

Third-generation restaurateurs with Sicilian roots, Raffaele and Massimiliano Alajmo are the faces behind Le Calandre restaurant. The cuisineof Le Calandre is bases on the concepts of lightness, depth and respect for the ingredient. As ambassadors of Le Soste di Ulisse, the Alajmo brothers are spokesman of an ancient land and culture, made up of people and flavors capable of transmitting great sensitivity and creativity.
