Her passion for cooking has accompanied her since she was a child helping her parents with the family business. Later her studies took another direction, although she never lost her interest and love for catering world. In 2000 she started a new business called “Broccia”, restaurant linked to the tradition, with a refined and sophisticated cuisine, that offers to the guests only fresh seasonal products.
