Vincenzo Candiano is a self-made man, completely self-taught, at the helm of the La Rosa family’s Locanda Don Serafino since 2002. Among his preferred ingredients, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and spices are never lacking. The chef has received two Michelin stars and is an admirer of pastry and a lover of cheese.
