Location
Masseria della Volpe is located in the heart of the Val di Noto, surrounded by incredible towns, many of which are protected by Unesco, such as Noto itself, but also Syracuse with the island of Ortigia, 40 km away, are worth a trip on their own. How can we forget Ragusa, Scicli - the setting for the famous television series 'Commissario Montalbano'-, Modica, famous for its chocolate, Palazzolo Acreide, a pearl waiting to be discovered, and Marzamemi, lying on the sea 15 km away, a work of art under the Sicilian sun that has inspired many directors who have shot memorable films here. A separate article would deserve the nearby Vendicari Oasis, the activities that can be practised on the shore and immersed in the sea, and the many beaches not far away, where Caribbean views and reflections blend into the African light of this corner of paradise.
