The chef Giuseppe Raciti, is a renowned and highly experienced professional, ensuring that everything you taste is unique and memorable. All the dishes are based on traditional Italian recipes and prepared using nothing less than the best local products. After his debut at National contest Best Emergent Italian Chef 2015 (ranked 2°) and other awards, he’s been selected even twice for the Italian final of the prestigious BOCUSE D’OR, the most important competition for chefs in the world. And in 2019 he recived the Michelin star for his work at Zash Restaurant. The SPA: a retreat for contemporary wellbeing: the pool is made of Etna lava stone where bare feet touch the water and feel the wood. In this intimate and private retreat, the combination of Mediterranean and volcanic influences will make unique your relaxing experience.

In an intimate and cozy place, where time has stopped, it is possible to give space to sounds, smells and tastes of nature. And so it is that around and inside the tank, where once the wine was fermented, the small and suggestive restaurant is inserted. This is the "slow" dimension of flavors, space and time, where you can be carried away by hidden atmospheres and genuine flavors. In this scenario the chef Giuseppe Raciti and his staff create new culinary stories, in that unique and unreachable combination of creativity, tradition and territory. And in 2019 the Zash restaurant received the Michelin star.
Experience
The structure has two distinct spaces to dedicate to meetings and events based on the number of participants and needs. One is located in the old millstone and includes a bar area for coffee breaks with direct access to the garden. Another one in the manor house, more intimate and private, is dedicated to small meetings or work tables, with the possibility, on milder days, to take advantage of the terrace overlooking the sea for a break or coffee-break. Finally, the large outdoor areas, such as the garden and the swimming pool, make Zash a place where the diversity of spaces and the flexibility of use make this place fascinating and suggestive for various types of events, from business meetings, parties, exhibitions to fashion shows and showroom.
