Massimo Mantarro has collected significant professional experiences that have greatly influenced his training. From Venice to Paris, from Piedmont to Campania and Sicily, he became a passionate interpreter of traditional Sicilian cuisine. In 2003, Massimo Mantarro became Executive Chef at San Domenico Palace, a Four Seasons Hotel in Taormina, and a year later opened the gourmet restaurant Principe Cerami, which was awarded Michelin Star 2023.
