Domenico Colonnetta & Francesco Patti

Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti, after experiences in the kitchens of prestigious restaurants such as that of Ciccio Sultano, decided to bet on their skills. They founded Coria restaurant in Caltagirone in 2008, which received its first Michelin star in 2012. Colonnetta was born in Reggio Calabria and attended the Istituto Alberghiero of Modica. Patti is originally from Caltagirone, he studied at the Hotel Giarre and was among the youngest Sicilian chefs to have conquered a Michelin star.
