Modern Sicilian Cuisine is the proposal of Coria Restaurant in Catania.
Born in 2008 in the small town of Caltagirone, in 2012 the restaurant received the recognition of the Michelin Star. In 2024, the chefs patron Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti have embarked on a new ambitious project: moving the restaurant to a multifaceted and constantly changing city like Catania, full of inspirations and suggestions for a cuisine as innovative as deeply rooted in the territory.
The restaurant, designed in a contemporary style, is located inside the historical Palazzo San Demetrio, in the heart of Catania: a place where you can appreciate a new sense of taste.
