Gioacchino Gaglio, born in 1983, was born in Montelepre.
A prestigious curriculum that boasts high-level experiences both in Italy and abroad, even in starred restaurants such as Uliassi ***, Palazzo Sasso *, La Trompette * and Locanda delle Tamerici *. In 2021 he arrives in Cefalù as executive chef of the Cortile Pepe restaurant. Modernity and tradition, external contamination and experimentation. His gastronomic idea is based on the enhancement of territorial excellence, paying great attention to the selection of small farms and breeders in the area, to sustainable fish and vegetable raw materials, also thanks to an exclusive private garden located a few steps from the sea. His dishes are a harmonious summary of childhood memories, colors, flavors and aromas of Sicily: real emotions to be experienced through the five senses.
