She worked with the waiting staff for a short time and then indulged her passion in the kitchen alongside her mother, learning the secrets of traditional Lampedusan cuisine. Chef Giovanna Billeci is deeply attached to her roots, so much so that each of her creations is a symphony merging tradition, innovation, love, balance and attention to detail.
