Giovanni Santoro

Born in Linguaglossa, Giovanni Santoro returned to his hometown after much exploring and experience abroad to live and work at the restaurant of the Shalai resort of the Pennisi family, obtaining a Michelin star in 2015. Santoro began his journey abroad between Abruzzo, Lazio and Emilia Romagna, until he decided to return to Sicily to the court of Pino Cuttaia. His meeting with the Pennisi family was decisive enough to be named the Executive Chef of Shalai.
