The chief cook and patron is Giuseppe Costantino. After the hotel school in Cefalù he started working in various trattorias to arrive in the brigades of some important Italian restaurants. In his journey many masters: Accursio Craparo, Andrea Sarri, Giuse Ricchebuono, Enrico Crippa. The chef’s philosophy is to propose a cuisine centered on Madonie products where the flavor co-exists with aesthetics. Great fan of wild herbs and wild plants that are offered daily in his dishes.
