From an early age his passion for cooking led him to help his parents in their Trattoria, which since 2007 has become a restaurant, welcoming numerous awards from the guides and the trade press. Marco Baglieri’s cuisine is influenced by his experiences, but above all it was formed thanks to his experiences with Corrado Assenza, master pastry chef of Caffè Sicilia in Noto, and with starred chef Ciccio Sultano. His dishes are true dedications to the food and wine traditions of Sicily.
