The cellar

An eclectic selection of wines that will be suggested by an attentive and prepared staff

The wide selection of wines of the Quartara di Panarea has about 250 labels and is in line with the restaurant level. A selection with a prevalence of Sicilian labels, to which are added Italian and foreign ones and a selection of fine bubbles. Inevitable, of course, the local Malvasia.

Her passion for cooking has accompanied her since she was a child helping her parents with the family business. Later her studies took another direction, although she never lost her interest and love for catering world. In 2000 she started a new business called “Broccia”, restaurant linked to the tradition, with a refined and sophisticated cuisine, that offers to the guests only fresh seasonal products.
