In Torregrotta, just a few kilometers away from Milazzo and Messina, perched on a hill overlooking the Aeolian Islands, we can find the “Modì”. Established in 2011 when Giuseppe and Alessandra were just in their twenties and launched this project which in only a few years has succeeded to assert itself on the territory. It offers a new kind of cuisine, mainly of fish that comes from passion, determination and curiosity for raw materials, that Giuseppe loves to discover, study and experiment, realizing traditional dishes in an innovative way. Someone has descrive this restaurant as a: ispiration, creativity and feelings.

Executive Chef
Giuseppe Geraci walked into a kitchen for the first time at the age of thirteen and fell in love with it. After extensive experience, at the age of 21 he opened his restaurant in Torregrotta, his place of birth, because he believes that one must invest and believe in one’s territory. According to him, being a chef is not just a profession but a may of life.
