Alberto Rizzo, Chef Owner of Osteria dei Vespri in Palermo since 1999, loves the true flavors and strong contrasts that express his dual roots – from Palermo and Parma. Self-taught, a careful observer, and a researcher of strong flavors and ingredients that best represent the territory, he is inspired by the local traditions and, when appropriate, the techniques and products of other cultures. His brother Andrea stands beside him in the dining room.
