In the heart of Catania, between the blue sea of the Ionian coast and Mount Etna, an active volcano rich in energy that never ceases to involve with its picturesque landscapes. This is where the Sapio Restaurant, Michelin star 2024 (starred since 2019), was born. Wanted and conceived by Chef Alessandro Ingiulla together with Roberta Cozzetto, an integral part of the reception and the Restaurant Management.

Sapio's cuisine is freshness and kindness, it is love for the fundamental ingredients and it is a passion for the aesthetics of taste. The menus respond to the seasons and the raw materials chosen are those that the sea and the land of Italy offer us, with the right combinations, including international ones.
